Due to so many last minute cancelations we have suffered recently, we now have the following cancellation policies whenever we are dealing with trip planning.

1. WE ONLY WORK A MULTIDAY TRIP IF THE CLIENT PAYS IN ADVANCE BY MONEY ORDER OR WIRES TO OUR BANK , as soon as we have the credit card system we eill be offering it.

2. Trip planning is a procedure we will do for free if it takes us less than one hour solving your needs.

3. beyond this time frame we will ask for a $250 deposited wired to our bank in order to start planning.

4.  If the client ends up travelling with us, then that amount will be considered prepayment to the total amount cost of the trip.
